Question
A fish and shrimp processing company requested to work more efficiently and save costs by changing from manual to automated packing.

Solution
In cooperation with our customer and the company that was going to build the necessary machinery we tested our packaging solution on site (!). Based upon the results we made the necessary adjustments of delivering a solution that enables our customers to pack shrimp automatic on board his trawlers. This solution speeds up the process and guarantees smooth operation.

In a nutshell
  • Product: shrimp
  • Location: Greenland
  • Box: 5 kilogram shrimp box, die-cut with 6 colour print
  • Result: cost efficient

Case 2: Waterresistant and recyclable

Question: A major manufacturer of cleaning systems and detergents requested an environmentally friendly 10 litre bag-in-box that lasts longer in wet environments. It also has to be UN certified.

Case 3: Flower protection

Question: One of our clients wanted to reduce the damage of the flowers during transports. The flowers are transported in buckets that, when loaded into trucks for transport, cause bunches of flowers to graze and damage each other. Our client asked us to come up with a solid board application to the standard buckets, without making these buckets obsolete or changing the basic transport method.
